remarkable talent you have....:)

Looks almost like its been photo-manipulated, but I beleive you did it all. The light at the end looks nice, A long tunnel in a forest will either lead to a darker scarier area, or as here, the light at the end of the tunnel.

Why is delivering things in a car called "Shipment" while delivering things by boat is called "Cargo" ?

there are some textures on the trees in the front, and on the ground in the front, but 90% of the image. For the branches I used a mix of photo-textures and of "photoshop-filter"-textures.

Aaah, I do the same, I use textures and such, but try to keep them to a minimum.

yes, I paint the trees with thin strikes and highlights and shadows so it looks like bark :) And I added textures to get details in certain parts of the image. For instance around the hole in the tree in the right.

Really nice looking painting! I think it'd be better without the borders either side though, I just think it takes the emphasis away from the texture and detail of the forest scene itself. That's just me though. A very realistically rendered and coloured scene anyway, brilliant work

Absolutely stunning. I'm a sucker for forest pictures, but not just any forest picture. It's got to capture the majesty and mystery of a forest, and you've done a perfect job of just that. Bravo.

And it looks like you can use a 1-pixel brush well. :o Double-kudos for that!
